UBuyFirst performs best when your keywords match the listing title exactly. Listings with false title matches indicate that your keyword could use optimization. To test,

Enable the Title Match column in the results panel:
Right-click the results header → Column Band Chooser → Add “Title Match”.
Monitor results: Look at “Title Match” that are FALSE and compare the title to the keyword you have. (e.g., add “16e” to match “iPhone 16e” listings).
This is the single most important optimization you can make. If you’re not title matching, you’re not fast enough.

Reduce keyword clutter, increase efficiency.

Combine like-terms into a single keyword using variants (e.g., “Datejust” + “Date Just” + “Submariner”) into one keyword search for watches rather than separate keywords.
Set realistic price max limits to avoid irrelevant results and reduce system load.
Avoid splitting up minor variations into separate keywords unless there’s a strategic reason.

Searches for new listings specify time values from last previously found items. Therefore, having your PC’s time setting synced with eBay’s official time is vital to ensuring optimal search performance.

Click and set “Time Zone” to your local time zone
Ensure your PC’s timezone is the same selection
Check “eBay – Local time” and if off, click “Sync Now”
Tiny differences such as 1-3 seconds can often occur so you don’t have to sync repetitively if you see this variant in time often.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

To manage your subscription with a new card or updated billing info associated with the card on file.

✅ Check your email for a message from support@ubuyfirst.com when you originally subscribed— It contains your license key and a subscription URL link.
Click the link to open your subscription details page.
From there, you’ll have the option to edit or cancel your subscription.

🔍 Before providing cancellation info, ask the user why they want to cancel if possible.

Upgrading or Downgrading

🔄 There is currently no built-in way to upgrade or downgrade a subscription.
Users must cancel the current plan and sign up for a new one.
An easier upgrade/downgrade method is in development this year.

A: If you’re having issues activating your license or keep experiencing an activation loop after restarting, you can reset it by deleting the license.lic file located at:

When enabled, the system will add the item price and calculated shipping, then compare the total to your max price setting. If the combined cost exceeds your max price, the listing will be excluded from your results.

Example:

Max Price: $100
Before: An item priced at $100 with $10 shipping would still appear.
Now: This item will not appear, as the total cost surpasses the max price.

Who Should Use This:

Ideal for users overwhelmed by irrelevant listings where item price + shipping frequently exceeds their max price for certain keywords.

Who Shouldn’t Use This:

If you want some flexibility in your max price and are okay with listings that exceed it due to shipping costs, you may prefer to keep this option disabled.

Example Use Case:

A user purchasing items for $30 at a 20% margin expects a maximum profit of $6. They would exclude listings where the item is $29 with $8 shipping, as this would result in a loss.
Conversely, a user buying items for $300 at a 20% margin has a potential profit of $60. This user might still want to see listings priced at $300 with $5 shipping, as it maintains a favorable profit margin.

Sign Up for on your mobile device.

Signup requires an email, phone number and device with internet connection.

Set Telegram UserName

Remember username, you will need to input into uBuyFirst later.

Create HTTP API Token

Search for “BotFather” in Telegram and click
